Even though everything was well-maintained, some of the staff were very rude.

Awesome place with free parking, a 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember how the staff assisted me with my bags on my first stay. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay!

I want to highlight Angel from the front desk and breakfast area. Her cheerful demeanor made check-in smooth and brightened our morning. The location was convenient, and the staff worked hard to keep everything running. It was excellent to see how well the team managed under pressure. Our stay was improved with a clean and comfy Queen Room that was surprisingly quiet at night. The modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities created a nice atmosphere for relaxation.

More staff assistance for elderly guests would improve service.

The hotel was clean and just a couple miles from Cotton Fields Golf Course. We enjoyed the free hot breakfast before a day on the golf course. The indoor and outdoor pools were a nice bonus.

Had some issues at check-in. The staff seemed overwhelmed and we faced delays when requesting our room keys. It was frustrating, but the overall experience was still enjoyable.

Had a one-night stay with my family and was pleasantly surprised by the clean and comfortable room. The staff was super friendly and made check-in a breeze, which was a relief after a long journey. Not bad for a family stopover

So, we had a nice interaction with the staff, especially this lady named Angel, she greeted us like we were family and. Plus, Antoine from housekeeping helped us with the wifi setup, genuinely nice guy!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess that's what ya pay for a decent stay.

The rooms here have great linens, a comfortable bed, and some rooms have accommodations for hearing access, which is a nice touch; the complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, and it's clear they care about their guests' comfort.

My room had everything I needed, including central heating, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave oven. the staff was caring and efficient. - the location in a safe area was great, with shopping centers and stores nearby.
